How long does delivery take?
We deliver across Egypt. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location.
How much is shipping?
The shipping fee depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery. Card payment (Visa or Mastercard) will be added at checkout soon.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt for products in their original condition, unopened and unused. Damaged, defective or incorrect items can be returned immediately to the delivery representative.

Offers are applied automatically in your cart when you add qualifying products. The cart shows exactly what you save.
Is there a limit on orders?
Orders over 10 units per product or per order may need prior approval. During promotions each customer can place a maximum of 2 orders.
